A poem
What is life?
It is passing by so quickly.
How peculiar it is the way it works-
If you look at it too closely
Just like if you look at God too closely
He disappears from your view
Looking back hindsight is 20/20
Looking forward it’s foggy
Or is it?
They say the best way to predict the future is to create it
But should we create it?
Are we good or bad people at our core?
Give me ambition, give me a wide eyed wonder for life, give me love, as Ed Sheeran says
Speaking of love, is it a real thing? I’m inclined to believe it is.
All this noise from the world is a fantasy and drowns out my inner peace
But the silence can be deafening
I am made for love, for peace, for truth
I want to retreat sometimes and find God. But I’m also currently mad at God.
If I seek him, I shall surely find him, who he really is.
