GO Through His Light

Go Through His Light is the name of this website. But how did I get that name, you might ask? The answer is undoubtedly God. Let me tell you a little about my journey.

I knew I wanted to do something with the word "light" as it is repeated many times in Scripture. We are to be children of Light. To walk in the Light. God is Light...

First, it started with "In His Light", but I changed it to "Through His Light" because I liked it better. I added the "go" in front of that for 3 reasons: 1) I needed to create a website URL that wasn't already taken, and"gothroughhislight.com" wasn't taken 2) Adding "Go" is directional - it sets you on a path forward, through His light. You won't come out unchanged after going through His light and love - it will transform you. 3) This last reason is mere happenstance, or rather God's twinkling eye. GO, for me, stands for Greek Orthodox, the faith I was raised in and spent most of my young adulthood taking as my own, studying and practicing. It's funny how God knows and uses the details of our life to minister to our hearts The "go" gives me fond memories of my roots, and it will forever be in my heart, directing me to His light.
