All of Christianity is about having your memory live on after you die - from the memorial prayers, to the Easter hymns, to the very fact that Jesus Christ raised from the dead to give us eternal life.


The fight to push away got and rid Christianity from my life is harder than the fight to stay a Christian.


When Jesus says seek the Kingdom of God first and all else will be given to you, He also means that if you don't seek it first, nothing will be given to you.


Why would eternal life be nothing important and not the pearl of great price if Jesus came from Heaven to earth and died a gruesome death and rose from the dead for us to give it to us?
