Love Expands the Heart

Love embraces all. Love also chooses the Beloved. Love holds opposites in tension which is a kind of crucifixion, but it loves and nurtures both. Love aches to cry, to laugh, to experience life to the fullest. Love grows with time. Love is pure, like the love you have for God and the love God has for you. Everything that happens to you in life, that God allows to happen, is in order to expand your heart to love more, to love rightly, to love more like your Father. Love is a rose a bloom, a sweet fragrance, the scent of heaven, a warm cup of tea, the curved line of lips, the embrace between the Virgin Mary and baby Jesus, the roar of an ocean, the intensity of an atomic bomb.
